What's included in LCMS Lite
- Your own company workspace
- Up to 10 active or reserved team seats
- Projects, tasks, daily logs and photos
- Documents with version history and permissions
- PDF storage and viewing within your file limits
- Submittals and RFIs with internal review and PDF exports
- Manual estimating and bidding records
- Inventory and equipment: SKUs, QR labels and scanning, checkouts and returns, receiving, counts, damage reports and maintenance history
- Roles, permissions and activity history
- Essential alerts for invitations, due work and equipment damage
Lite does not include native accounting connections, the iPhone companion or any AI. Existing beta and legacy grants remain unchanged; LCMS remains the authority on company access.

LCMS Pro is still being built, so this list is a preview rather than a commitment.
Every limit, allowance and included feature for both editions is still being finalised and will be published here before anything changes. The access your company has today is not affected.

Starting a company? Choose “Start a new company workspace” and we'll set it up with you.
Joining an existing company? You don't need a new workspace — ask a company owner to send you an invitation from inside LCMS. If you're not sure who that is, tell us the company name and we'll point you to the right person.
We only collect what we need to reply. Your request is private and never listed publicly.
