Why it exists
Small contractors run serious projects on scattered tools
A small construction company usually runs its jobs across a folder of drawings, a group chat, a spreadsheet of costs and whoever remembers what was agreed on site. It works — until someone needs to know which revision was sent, who owes a response, or where the equipment went.
LCMS puts those things in one workspace: projects and their statuses, documents with version history, submittals and RFIs with their review trail, field records from the job site, bidding, and inventory with QR labels so tools can be checked in and out by scanning.
It is deliberately not an accounting system. LCMS tracks budgets, expenses, change orders and registers so you can see cost against the job — it doesn't do payroll, tax or full accounting.

Small construction companies and their field teams — owners, project managers, superintendents, crew leads and office staff who all need the same job to stay in one piece. LCMS Lite covers up to 10 active or reserved team seats per company.
