Latest documented source version: LCMS 0.19.0. Source documentation alone does not confirm the installed production version. Check application status.

  1. v0.19.02026-10-21

LCMS 0.19.0 — Platform Administration Upgrades

LCMS 0.19.0 gives platform administrators clearer operational visibility, stronger access controls and better tools for managing security, recovery and estimated costs.

    What’s new

    • Alerts inbox: Review operational warnings, acknowledge alerts and snooze notifications. Critical escalations receive renewed attention.
    • Recovery dashboard: View local backup status, separately recorded offsite verification and isolated restore-test results. Download recovery instructions and test eligible snapshots without replacing live data.
    • Limited administrator roles: Grant consultant/viewer, support or billing access with company restrictions and optional expiration dates. Delegated administrators must enroll in MFA.
    • Downloadable support reports: Export scoped operational diagnostics with credentials, request bodies and customer documents excluded.
    • Administrator security controls: Review MFA coverage and active sessions, revoke individual sessions, and enroll supported device passkeys or security keys.
    • Company onboarding overview: Track setup progress, pending invitations, team seats, project activity and referenced file usage.
    • Usage & costs: Review estimated usage, configure spending budgets and view verified OpenAI model pricing with its source and verification date.
    • Release history and feature availability: See recorded deployment verification and control selected features for eligible companies.

    Availability note

These additions are primarily for authorized platform administrators. Features remain subject to role permissions, company eligibility and configuration. Cost figures are estimates, not provider invoices or LCMS subscription prices. SMS, offsite recovery and alert-email recipients require separate setup. This release does not include an iPhone app update.

  2. v0.17.1

LCMS 0.17.1 — Email and communication improvements

Improved support for sending LCMS account and notification emails through a configured business email account.

    Improvements

    • Added Google Workspace business-domain sender support through LCMS’s existing email delivery system.
    • Improved sender verification and configuration feedback.
    • Updated official LCMS contact information to nicolas@lamacchiasolutions.com.

    Compatibility and availability

Existing company records, accounting connections and Inventory 1.5.0 (11) remain compatible. Business-email delivery requires configuration and delivery verification.

This update does not introduce Google Drive, Calendar or a general Google Workspace integration.

  3. v0.17.0

LCMS 0.17.0 — QuickBooks Online and Xero

Bring accounting reference information into LCMS and prepare reviewed exports for your accountant.

    New features

    • Owner-authorized QuickBooks Online and Xero connections within the LCMS integrations workspace.
    • Manually refreshed customer/job or contact, vendor/supplier, account, invoice and bill snapshots.
    • Capture times and read history to help users understand when information was retrieved.
    • Reviewed contact imports that let authorized users create or link LCMS contacts while preserving existing contact details.
    • Project mappings connecting LCMS projects with accounting customers, jobs or contacts.
    • Accountant-review CSV exports for approved expenses, approved or paid invoices, and approved time.

    Improvements

    • Connection management and clearer integration status.
    • Accounting setup through the LCMS browser workspace, with compatible desktop access after connection.

    Compatibility and availability

Accounting connections require Pro eligibility, appropriate company permissions and provider configuration.

This release supports accounting reads, reviewed contact imports and CSV exports. It does not provide QuickBooks Desktop, automatic background accounting synchronization, financial posting, payroll, tax calculation, bank reconciliation or universal one-click CSV imports.

Inventory 1.5.0 (11) remains compatible. These accounting screens belong to the web/desktop workspace; this update does not introduce a new iPhone accounting app.

  4. v0.16.1

LCMS 0.16.1 — Account protection and reliability

Added safeguards for sensitive platform administration and application recovery.

    Improvements

    • Improved protection around sensitive platform-management actions.
    • Strengthened safeguards when restoring application data.
    • Preserved normal company sign-in, approved access and existing records.

    Compatibility

Continues the 0.16.0 edition model and Inventory 1.5.0 (11) compatibility.

  5. v0.16.0

LCMS 0.16.0 — Company access and companion improvements

Introduced edition-aware access and improved account and invitation handling while preserving existing company work.

    New features and improvements

    • Added the application foundation for free Lite and Pro feature access.
    • Improved website-to-LCMS account linking, verified onboarding and invitation recovery.
    • Added clearer access and usage-limit handling across supported workflows.
    • Preserved existing company data and approved beta and legacy access.
    • Improved how the native inventory companion handles access changes, pending operations and recoverable failures.

    Edition information

    • LCMS Lite remains free and excludes the native iPhone companion and all AI features.
    • LCMS Pro provides eligibility for the native companion and AI, subject to permissions, provider configuration and usage controls.
    • Approval-based beta participation remains separate from subscription status.

This release does not announce public checkout, automatic charges or automatic beta conversion.

    Companion compatibility

Inventory 1.5.0 (11) requires LCMS 0.16.0 or later. Its version is separate from LCMS server versions. This update does not announce verified App Store distribution or a new 0.17.x iPhone binary.

  6. v0.15.02026-10-17

LCMS 0.15.0 — the connected project workspace

Drawing sets and a plan room, a project command center, hosted response portals, dispatch reservations, equipment turnover, and optional Ask LCMS — plus explicit offline downloads and faster search.

Drawings and the plan room: upload multiple-PDF drawing sets together and LCMS processes them into a draft publication you review before the team sees anything. A published revision is kept exactly as issued and cannot be edited in place. Thumbnails, embedded-text search inside the uploaded PDFs, zoom and rotation, and revision comparison between two revisions of the same sheet. Pins belong to the revision they were placed on, so an older sheet keeps its own pins.

Project command center: recorded deadlines, open approvals, equipment out and returns, project photos and finances in one place. Finances are limited by the viewer's role.

Ask LCMS and dictation: Ask LCMS is optional and provider-backed, answering from sources the signed-in user is allowed to see, with citations. Manual drafting stays available whether or not the assistant is configured, and no automatic administrative or destructive action is ever taken on your behalf. General document contents are not indexed; a linked manual is found through its metadata and its exact revision. Dictation uses the browser or device where supported, typed entry is always available, and a draft is reviewed before you submit it online. LCMS stores no audio, and device speech providers behave differently from one another.

Photos and reports: a photo timeline per project with before-and-after comparison, and branded PDF reports generated from the records you select.

Manager automation templates: templates with a dry run, a defined set of supported actions, chosen recipients and escalation, execution history and duplicate protection. Notifications are in-app, or push where configured. These templates do not send email automatically.

Hosted response portals: selected content is shared through an LCMS-hosted portal behind an expiring, revocable bearer ****** Responses and attachments are kept separately and do not make the recipient a member of your company, and a name typed into a portal is not a verified email address.

Dispatch and reservations: crew, equipment and kit dispatch, with a reservation kept distinct from a physical checkout. A future equipment reservation holds current stock immediately. Recorded locations are where an item was last seen, not live GPS tracking.

Offline work and downloads: explicit project and drawing downloads, and field drafts that queue until submitted. Offline access cannot be revoked the moment a device is disconnected, and device storage can expire or be cleared.

Search: Command/Ctrl+K search with quick actions, and a visible search control on mobile.

Equipment turnover: installed-equipment tags and QR labels, approved revisions and manuals, and commissioning checklists with sign-offs. Turnover produces a PDF plus a supplementary ZIP of the original files.

What this release does not do: no OCR, no certified engineering drawing-change detection, no automated takeoff, no universal offline access, no newly released native iPhone version or App Store distribution, no live GPS, no guarantee of AI accuracy, no verified email delivery, no browser database restore, no new MFA and no SSO.

This note describes the 0.15.0 release. Whether a particular server is running 0.15.0 is confirmed only by the live status check.

  7. v0.14.02026-10-16

LCMS 0.14.0 — platform administration dashboard

A platform administration dashboard for the LCMS platform owner: company access and seats, accounts and sessions, invitation and recovery queues, sanitized diagnostics, integration configuration status, backup creation and verification, a guarded operational reset, and audited platform actions.

Platform administration: a dashboard for the LCMS platform owner, separate from company workspaces and separate from the marketing website. Platform access is granted server-side and is independent of company membership and website roles. Company owners are not automatically platform owners.

Company access and seats: review companies and their seat usage against the ten-seat default, and adjust individual allowances where needed.

Accounts, sessions and queues: manage accounts and sessions, and work through invitation and recovery queues.

Diagnostics: sanitized diagnostics for investigating a problem without exposing sensitive values.

Integrations: configuration status showing whether an integration is configured. It reports configuration — not that a third-party provider has been reached or verified.

Backups: create and verify backups, including checks for missing or damaged files.

Operational reset: a guarded operational reset that preserves company identity and accounts. It is not a rollback, it does not erase personal data, and it does not satisfy a data-deletion request.

Audited actions: platform actions are recorded with the actor and the time they happened.

  8. v0.13.02026-10-16

LCMS 0.13.0 — privacy controls, stronger security, and safer backups

New account privacy tools give users more control over their information, while improved backups, security safeguards, and accessibility help keep daily work running smoothly.

Privacy: users can submit and track requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, and download their account data. Company owners can review requests and provide responses through LCMS.

Account access: a dedicated privacy portal remains accessible when company workspace access is suspended. Users can also choose whether LCMS remembers project and location preferences.

Backups: recovery now includes inventory photos, company logos, and referenced attachments, with checks for missing or damaged files before restoring data.

Security: stronger login safeguards and safer diagnostic reporting help administrators investigate problems while keeping sensitive information out of diagnostic logs.

Accessibility: improved keyboard navigation, clearer dialog labels, and better focus handling make account and privacy tools easier to use across desktop and mobile screens.

  9. v0.10.2

LCMS 0.10.2 — automatic SKUs and clearer required fields

Inventory items now get a generated SKU automatically, and record forms label required fields more clearly.

Inventory: items now receive an automatically generated SKU when they're created, with custom SKUs still available where you use your own numbering.

Forms: required fields are labelled more clearly across record forms, so it's obvious what has to be filled in before saving.
