What this notice covers

This notice covers the LCMS marketing website at lamacchiasolutions.com. It does not cover the LCMS application at app.lamacchiasolutions.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy notice. A choice you make here does not carry across to the application.

Who operates this website

This website is operated personally by the LCMS team. No company or legal entity has been registered to operate it yet, so no entity and no postal address are named in this notice. If an entity is formed, this page will name it. Until then, write to the support address published in the site footer and we will answer personally.

What this website collects

We collect only what you type into one of our forms, plus the technical records the hosting platform keeps to run the site:

• Access requests: name, work email, company, what you need, team size (optional) and any message.
• Support and contact messages: name, email, company, subject type and your message.
• Website data requests: name, email, how you are connected to the site and what you are asking for.
• Marketing consent: only if you tick the optional box. It is never required to contact us.
• Website accounts: an email address, a name and a role. Administrators use theirs to sign in to the admin area; a customer uses theirs to keep a getting-started checklist and send support requests.
• Support requests sent from your account area: the subject, category and message you wrote, held so we can reply.
• Getting-started progress: which checklist steps you have marked done.
• Hosting and backend logs kept by the Base44 platform while the site runs.

What this website does not collect

We do not ask for or store card details, LCMS passwords, or any LCMS company data. Payments are disabled: there is no checkout and no billing on this site. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data.

Why we hold it

To reply to your request, to review and set up company workspace access, to answer support questions, to keep the admin area secure, and to act on data requests you send us. Optional product updates are sent only if you ticked that box, and you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see it

Access requests, contact messages, data requests and website accounts are readable only by signed-in website administrators. A signed-in customer can read only their own support requests and their own getting-started progress. This is enforced in the data store itself — access rules on each type of record — not by hiding a button in the interface. No visitor, and no other signed-in user, can read someone else's submission.

What we share

Base44 hosts the website, stores its records and runs its backend functions, so it processes this data on our behalf. If an administrator approves your access request, the details needed to create a company-owner invitation — your name, email and company — are sent to the LCMS application so it can email you an invitation. Nothing else is shared, and the website's credential can create that one invitation and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Retention is not yet finalized. Nothing is deleted automatically today: a submission stays until an administrator removes it. The Base44 platform keeps hosting and function logs for a limited period it controls, which this website cannot read or clear. Confirmed retention periods are an owner decision listed below.

Your choices and requests

You can see and change optional tracking on the Privacy choices page, see exactly what is stored in your browser on the Cookies & storage page, and ask what this website holds about you on the Website data request page. We verify that a request is yours before acting on it, and we contact you before anything is removed. Deleting a website record never deletes an LCMS account or company.

Website data and LCMS data are different

This website holds inquiries, access requests, website administrator accounts and its own logs. The LCMS application holds construction-company operational records and LCMS accounts. Requests about LCMS company or account data have to be made inside the LCMS application, signed in as yourself, using its own request tool. Sending us a request here does not change anything in LCMS, and this website can never sign in as a customer.
